How can I leave this house before I lose and buy cheaper?
I just did a mortgage modification and payment rose named $ 2,400 to $ 3100. We already have problems, how can we pay more. Can we leave before the close and find something? What options are availalble. There are many houses in our neighborhood for sale. Do not think we can sell in time, and my FICO score is a blow. We live in the Tennessee. house worth $ 290,000, a few houses around us a lower price. My income is higher than that of spouses. Spouse filed Chapter 7 June Husband not the mortgage has been in Chapter 13, when he bought his house a year ago.
You must have read your documents when you purchased. That's why 30 years is still the way forward. Good luck, I doubt there is much you can do with the market as bad as it and is now getting worse as more people in your circumstances affect their new payments. You can find a bank to help, but beware as with previous experience must be demonstrated that banks and brokers in this country are totally out of people to live in the same way that sellers of cars today. I would stay away from business on the Internet in particular.
